Terms & Conditions

• Guests are welcome to check in between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

• We kindly ask that guests check out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property.

• Please note that breakfast is not provided for guests staying in the self-catering apartment.

• Children: We generally do not accommodate children under the age of 13. However, exceptions may be made at certain times—please contact us to discuss availability.
  
  In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to make the following charges:

• For cancellation more than 7 days before the date of arrival there will be no charge.
• For cancellation 7 days or less before the date of arrival (or for failure to turn up) we will charge the full amount for the first night and the remaining nights if we are unable to re-let the rooms.
   

Payment:

No prepayment is necessary. Guests are asked to pay in full when checking in.
